I’m writing this from my spot on the couch after spending a couple of days doing weeding and mulching in the back yard. I am so tired. Yesterday, I wanted to sit down in the shower when I was done for the day. Today, I wanted to lie down in the shower. I am hopeful I can put together a coherent blog post. That little red squiggly line in Word is getting a workout right now.
Fortunately, I have a coupon code for cheap pizza delivery and I have baseball to watch tonight (the Royals are playing the White Sox, KC is playing first place Chicago, my team is playing my uncle’s team—the stakes are high!). And, I’m working my way through the “Multicolor Stitches” section of The Big Book of Crochet Stitches. My spot on the couch is going to get a lot of use this evening.
I do have a new surface pattern design to share with you before I fully relax for the day. This is Dotted Dots of Dottiness, and it is made up of a lot of dots:
So. Many. Dots.
